When to apply:
Nominations open November 1, 2023 and will close January 31, 2024.
Complete nomination package includes:
- A brief (one-page max.) cover letter from the nominator. The letter should contain a short citation, which summarizes the essence of the individual's contribution. The citation is limited to 150 characters including punctuation and spacing,
- Brief curriculum vitae (4-page maximum) for the nominee,
- Documentation demonstrating excellent classroom teaching and graduate student advising, significant research achievements, and outstanding record of influence through mentoring of students and colleagues,
- *One (minimum) to three (maximum) letters of recommendation from current or past students; and
- *One (minimum) to three (maximum) letters of recommendation from faculty, administrator, or industry peers;
*For items 4 and 5, each letter should be limited to no more than two pages with a minimum of 11-point font size of Times New Roman, Calibri, or Arial.
